Avoid this building at all costs!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The superintendent couldn’t be nicer. Good access to M, G, and L trains.
Cons:
Rats Poor garbage management Little to no help from landlord Unclear if rent stabilization rules are followed
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenant concerns about infrastructure upgrades, and be honest about the condition of the apartments before renting them out.
