The worst building

Pros:
It's pretty good for transportation
Cons:
People dealing drugs in lobby, management is terrible, neighbors harass you in the hallway, the neighborhood isn't the greatest, smells like weed everywhere, the elevator is constantly breaking down, on neighbor tried to kick down my door broke the lock and damaged the door frame, someone broke in through the fire escape and stole a half gallon of milk out of my apt.
Advice to owner:
Need to become a clean hallways NYC registration and really clean everything up
