Great building in a well-connected location
Pros
- Great and helpful building staff - everyone from the concierge to handymen are very friendly - Floor to ceiling windows in all rooms, well insulated and good quality - Good kitchen appliances and new fittings - Unbeatable subway connectivity
Cons
- Rent is definitely quite high for the building amenities, size and views - The trash chute was non-operational for 2-3 months in fall 2023 (but is fixed now)

- fantastic doormen and building staff - great location with probably the best connectivity in NYC - modern building
