Pros:
When I reported one of the landlord's staff trying to break into my apartment, after inappropriate remarks at my wife. I requested his first and last name to make a police report as his supervisor was present at the time and I had the full intention to get a restraining order. She informed me that she had no idea who this man was on her payroll and that he wasn't working for her long and that the only name she had for him was a nickname which sound like the nickname of an alcoholic. In this moment of UTTER CHOAS she reassured me that IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE YOUR FREE TO GO

Her solution to the problem is get rid of whoever is complaining or bringing up the problem win the first place so it's no longer their problem.
Cons:
Same guy I reported the neighbor told me broke my window, landlord refuses to fix it because of partial missed payments on my lease of $53 over 7 months, so no fridge, no lights, no heat
Holes in the entry door and hallways have been reported for months and never repaired
The super and building manager change like socks
Packages and mail go missing and nothing is done about it
Landlord refuses to let in essential services due to conflicts with other residents
Landlord harasses tenants with delayed and unannounced repairs always with a lack of organization
Refuses heat if the oil bill gets to high vs to opt to convert everyone to their own individual meters as prescribed in our leases whereas we'd be responsible for our own heat
She's completely hands off when convenient
The boiler is cracked so there's no proper heating system
She lies about making repairs, she'll tell you something is going to get fixed and it either never happens or someone does it themselves because they are tired of waiting around for her
My bathroom shower wasn't working since I moved in after 3 months I just replaced it myself, she mentioned a major plumbing problem and according to the building manager at the time he'd been working on it for months.
Complaints are useless
Advice to owner:
You might dress these up as cost cutting measures but you're just cutting corners and you're flying high and loose and you're starting to stir to close the sun. If your not careful you'll get burned these sort of things they may save you a few dollars now but I've learned in life its better to take care of things now this way it doesn't costs you more in the future just because you didn't take care of it when you had the chance. Do the right thing and do on to others as you'd want done to you and to your kids be good in this world and in the next.
