Live somewhere else please
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only 2 units per floor, new appliances, building hardly lived in, bodega downstairs
Cons:
Super nice but unorganized, high energy bills, random ppl in and cleaning building, small apartment for price, busy neighborhood, no parking, elevator ALWAYS broken (I got stuck on there twice), elevator smells like garbage, only 2 washers and 2 dryers that steal your quarters
Advice to owner:
Lower the rent, train the super on fixing things, fix the a/c energy usage, add more washers and dryers, get a better trash system, get a NEW elevator my god

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern apartment, nice finish, premium appliances.
Cons:
Dirty building, old washing and drying machines, elevator never works, elevator is permanently dirty and the superintendent uses it as his personal storage, homeless people living in the basement, superintendent hires them to clean the building and manage the trash. Since the building is located on Lexington Ave, be ready to have a very noise street, the window insulation is not the best, so when it’s summer time A/C will leak through the windows, same faulty insulation cannot reduce the outside noise.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the lazy superintendent and try to keep the building clean, improve W/D.
