Good Place to live
Pros
mostly quiet neighbors, living space is nice, common areas kept clean, building security generally good
Cons
thin walls, can hear neighbors snoring at night, sometimes cigarette smoke comes through the vents
Advice to the owners
enforce no smoking rules in the building

Basement Unit Apt
Pros
Quiet area and low noise level most of the time. Building is not bad at all, just poor experience with landlord.
Cons
Lots of ants and roaches not kept up with in the basement unit. I was getting bitten by bugs all the time.
