Good Building - Good Location

Pros

It's close to my school. I have no issues with utilities (heat/hot water). Super is nice. Management is responsive.

Cons

One of the long term tenants occasionally are loud.

Nice pre war building in Chelsea that's well managed

Pros

When it snowed the snow it was cleared straight away by the super and his assistant. The super is responsive, if a bit gruff!

Cons

Like all pre-war buildings, the steam pipes are pretty loud. But they kick out the heat!

Advice to the owners

Keep the rent increases reasonable!
