Condemn the thing
Pros
It's next to flushing meadows corona park. And the LIRR in case you want to jump on the tracks & end it all
Cons
Landlord did absolutely nothing to address severe roach infestation. Also did nothing to fix bathroom sink which broke & was unusable. Complete slumlords. Street was depressing too - one day the police were there investigating a smelly trash bag full of flies - it was a dog carcass. That image is burned into my mind & pretty much sums up my time there.
Advice to the owners
Stop being slumlords
