Pretty Good Overall

Pros

Building is nice, clean. The supper is usually good about responding. Almost no concern for pest (total of like 3 cockroaches in the 2 years)

Management can suck with responding to messages.

Beautiful apartment but old with careless management

Pros

The size of the apartments are large and have nice layouts and features. Neighborhood is wonderful and neighbors are kind.

Cons

Super only responds about half the time, very unreliable. We’ve had consistent issues that management is slow to respond to. We’ve had cockroaches and mice a couple times, there’s been multiple gas leaks. Multiple issues with leaks and water seeping through the walls. From what I’ve heard this is new management for the building. Edit: Management’s only interest in money and cutting corners. Very disappointed with their lack of care and humanity.
