It is generally good but has some key problems

Pros

Location, neighbors, responsive super, trash, high ceiling

Cons

Random roaches, electricity bill is high, window unit a/c cannot overcome leaky windows, washer/dryer is old

Advice to the owners

Get rid of roaches permanently

Functional Stay in East Village

Pros

I liked that trash and heat was never an issue.

Cons

They definitely did a bad job cleaning up the apartment before I moved in though, hair and crumbs everywhere. Didn't even really clean it. But I think the management has changed since then.
