Pros
The landlord hardly interferes and will hardly come by to check in. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, gyms and stores. Prospect Park is only 10 minutes away. You can have pets!
Cons
The building is often dirty. Half of the apartments don’t have proper heating. No laundry in the units or building. Heat is impossible to control, I often had to leave my AC on to cool down my room. Most of the building smells like weed 1/2 the time. The live-in superintendent is terrible at his job and isn’t always kind.

Neighbors are loud. They jump, stomp, scream and bounce balls . People who don’t live in the building come in the hallway and smoke weed, the smell gets into your apartment. There’s rats in the walls . Walls are thin and hallways are always dirty.
