Horrible Building and Owner

Pros

Location in proximity to the park. Very friendly Super and Porter.

Cons

Horrible neighbors, people surrounding the front of the building blasting music, a man in the building next door who uses a buzz saw and other loud woodworking tools all day, all the exit doors slam loudly, piles and piles of garbage in the courtyard that accumulates for months at a time, roaches, flies, it takes ten minutes of running the water to get it hot... I could go on and on. The landlord is an absolute jerk and the office takes no responsibility for any issues, then lies about ever recieving complaints when you follow up. Avoid this building at all costs.
