Good deal in a good neighborhood but came with a cost
Pros
The apartment was spacious, in a very convenient area, and the rent was really good.
Cons
- Old building. You could hear everything above and below your apartment. - The super couldn't fix anything, he will patch it but will never fix it properly. I get it he's old but the work he did to the building just made it worse and worse. - The super just accessed my apartment without asking and I lost few items during move-out. He then locked me out before my move-out date, and I couldn't access my apartment at all and had spent a night outside of my apartment... The landlord was super irresponsible in this situation as she just told me "it's life" lol, - The landlord is sometimes nice but also a grumpy lady that complains about everything. I had a hard time dealing with her.
