Reviews

Former tenant·just now

Good building, little complaints

Pros

Neighbors have always been kind, respectful, and quiet. It’s a small building so there’s usually an active group chat with current tenants and property manager for any updates, questions, or issues.

Cons

Property manager could be better at following up with tenants, especially with issues in the building. Manager is quick to initially respond but getting things fully resolved takes more time and effort than expected. Exterminator visits could be more regularly scheduled but always available upon request. Apartment temp can get very hot or be very cold seasonally, even with heat/AC units on. The ac units are huge and can be a pain to take in and out.
