Responsive yet neglectful

Cons
Maintenance requests are not taken seriously until escalating further, technicians are often not prepared for the job they are sent on. Multiple bed bug infestations during my tenancy, can hear rodents in the walls.
Advice to the owners
Correct the building wide bed bug and rat issues.

Pros
Rent stabilized, good amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher), thick walls so I rarely heard my neighbors, lots of natural light. Property management company was responsive enough when it came to repairs (I wouldn't HIGHLY praise them, but considering the low bars set for landlords, they fixed things when asked)
Cons
The noise from the street outside is LOUD especially because the windows aren't very good, heat/hot water would go out a few times every winter and the heat wasn't powerful enough when the temperature dropped below freezing so had to get a good space heater but it wasn't bad/frequent enough to be a deterrent
