It’s a beautiful building, responsive super, and the rent increase after the first year was very reasonable.
Cons
Very thin walls, though neighbors were generally quiet.

Beautiful, well-maintained building
Pros
The super was incredibly responsive and kind and the building was beautifully maintained. Loved the individual heating/AC units

Would love if the rooftop had more pleasant furniture
