Really Solid Building

Pros

Maintenance is pretty responsive, pest control comes frequently, in-unit laundry & most of the neighbors are very kind and respectful

Cons

Package stealing problem recently, some college students in the building and they can be very loud, super is not the most responsive but he’s very nice
