Roaches and mice on lower floors (used to be more of a problem when we moved in since previous tenants were very messy, with average cleanliness they fully went away) NOISE there's a new building going up and it drives me crazy when I work from home. Sounds like a jackhammer starting at 7 AM Generally needs renovation, upgrades
