Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Kenny Nasab reveals significant management challenges. While some residents appreciate spacious apartments and friendly neighbors in select properties, many report pervasive issues such as poor cleanliness, ineffective garbage and pest control, and building security concerns, including broken entry systems and unsecured mailboxes. Heating and water pressure are inconsistent, and maintenance requests often go unaddressed, attributed to unresponsive management and supers. Several reviewers note hostile staff behavior and neglected safety hazards. Overall, tenants advise urgent improvements in communication, accountability, and upkeep to create a safer, cleaner living environment before recommending these buildings to others.

Pros

The only good about this building is how nice the super is.

Cons

Building is always dirty, outside and inside lobby door have been broken for over 2 years, no intercom for over 2 years. Their is never heat or hot water, the manage, owners and employees do not care about their tenants. The windows Aren’t safe at all and the walls always get mold and is never fixed the proper way. This building is a nightmare

Advice to the owners

Make your building worth the rent or you will soon be taken to court by the entire building.
