Owners DO NOT care about you. Find a better place to live, I beg of you.

Pros:
The neighborhood is quiet, generally(except for the occasional summer party)
No vermin, from my experience
The repair men are responsive.
Cons:
- Tracking the leasing office down is like finding an affordable 1-bedroom in NYC. NOT HAPPENING.
- I know someone who was assaulted by their roommate, and repeatedly reached out to the leasing office, WHOM DID NOT A THING.
- The state of the apartment is dirty
- The boiler has broken on more than one occasion, so you had better have a Planet Fitness membership if you like hot showers.
- People continue to desecrate the space, and throw their trash in the backyard, it is filthy back there.
Neighbors are noisy and loud, good luck getting sleep, and even greater luck getting management to give a rat's ass about it.
- The dryer downstairs barely works, and costs moolah.I suggest washing your clothes elsewhere.
The bathroom sink isn't big enough to hold a fucking FETUS. The shower is incredibly small as well,. You are being duped about closet space. I CANNOT FIT MORE THAN 5 JACKETS IN THE FUCKING CLOSET, and the shelves are so fucking tall you would have to be Yao Ming to reach items you may want to put up there.
Advice to owner:
Have some humanity, you house HUMAN BEINGS. KARMA is coming for you.

Big rooms. AC
Cons:
NO living room area? Neighbors play music loud in the summer. Managment doesn't take much care of the property. The guy who lives downstairs is a mess, he hangs his close in the backyard and the roof is filled with trash.
Advice to owner:
FIX STUFF
