It could be better and kept up more
Former Tenant
Pros:
There's nothing I like about the building it needs to be in order
Cons:
Well I don't like messy neighbors on the first floor and second floor too much people trying to be in your business when they don't have no business of their own and got secrets in their closet that they don't want people to know about the fact that I don't have no heat that I never have any heat that's a big problem one thing that gets on my nerves is when the person on the first floor wants to start blasting music at 5:00 a.m. in the morning when people are sleep or just trying to have a peaceful weekend
Advice to owner:
He is too cheap to fix things in his building but his building his management office is better than how his buildings look
