In a very familial area, across from a school. Neighbors are kind and management is pretty responsive for the most part. Lots of soft natural sunlight
Cons
This is an old building so you are going to have old building problems. Just the off put of the charm. Management is responsive but there's only so much they can do for foundational problems

Colored people Racist Landlord

Huge apartment, safe area, hot water
Cons
Owner is extremely racist towards colored tenants, refers to color people as those people. Doesn’t seem attentive when it comes to fixing problems A whole family is illegally living in the basement that is suppose to be for the tenets laundry room. Massive fire hazard with the hallways FILLED is random things
Advice to the owners
Be more respectful of tenets instead of yelling at them. Hire a better handyman that doesn’t do only 50% of the work and leave it for next week causing more problems Be more understanding and nicer to tenets
