Worst landlord/ super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful location and fun neighborhood
Cons:
The landlord, Charles. Pretty sure he was high every time we interacted with him. He sent inappropriate texts to one of my female roommates, asked for an advance on all or a portion of the rent on more than one occasion, and never returned our security deposit even though we left the apartment better than we found it. This was several years ago now, but if he still has anything to do with this building please stay away. He was very creepy and clearly had a drug problem.
