Recent tenant feedback on buildings managed by Matt Kransniqi consistently points to serious management issues. Many residents express dissatisfaction with owner responsiveness, citing delays and neglect in addressing maintenance concerns, as well as pest control problems. While some appreciate the location and helpful doormen, the poor infrastructure, cleanliness, and high noise levels have been significant complaints. The worst management I have ever experienced

Pros

It’s a nice apt it has a rooftop

Cons

These people refuse to fix anything when it breaks and are super controlling. The doormen will question you at any opportunity and the door men are wired about you having guests over

Advice to the owners

Okay building, scammer Superintendent

Pros

Convenient location. 2 out of 3 of the doormen are very nice.

Cons

Superintendent (and handyman together) are scammers. They extorted me and charged me $400 to “allow” me to move out because I didn’t schedule a move out inspection before my move (no one ever told me to do that nor have I had to do that for any other apartment). They made me pay them directly to fix things in my apartment, none of which were cause by us. They also told us not to tell the property managers because “they would just charge us more.” Not that the property management would respond to my calls or emails anyway. They also came up with random payment amounts off the top of their head before they even knew what they were doing to fix the issues. Also, one of the doormen is incredibly rude, but weirdly much nicer to the more conventionally attractive women. Also only 2/3 of the bedrooms had AC and we were unable to install a window AC unit in the 3rd bedroom.

Advice to the owners

Be responsive and handle your superintendent. Multiple people I spoke to in the apartment had the same complaints.
