Great on the surface, but issues throughout.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and size.
The apartment had fairly new renovations and the management seemed willing to fix issues before move in.
Elevator building.
Cons:
The elevator seemed slightly sketchy sometimes. And would routinely be out of service.
We had a mouse issue from the day we moved in. We repeatedly contacted management about it and they were very slow to agree to have an exterminator come out, or someone come plug holes behind the appliances, and around the heat poles. We ended up having to trap and dispose of many mice during our time there.
The building was fairly well kept, but the laundry room being accessible from the street, gate unlocked always seemed like a safety issue.
Advice to owner:
Be willing to listen to your tenants and resolve problems (pest complaints) quickly and with the maximum solution.
