The building was super homey and faced a local park, which was great. The surrounding area has everything you'd need. The apt itself works great for 3 people, but could see it as most ideal for a couple. The super lives in the basement unit and is generally pretty responsive.
The building managers were at times hard to contact and somewhat difficult to communicate with.
