Very neat and clean building

Very loud wind tunnel sounds in the courtyard
Advice to the owners
Have the doors have the soft close hinges

Going down hill
Pros
-elevator -near shops and subway - friendly neighbors - pet friendly - nice sized apartment, decent rent (though it’s always raised with each new lease)
Cons
- New owners take forever to respond to maintenance requests , refer you to super who does not speak English - no access to garbage chutes - mail theft has been an increasing problem and owners don’t care. - increase in roaches seen around building. - light in my hallway has been out for 2 weeks - constant plumbing issues with my apartment - apartment not well heated in the winter
