Owner is a scammer - beware

Pros:
Heat is good, water pressure is good. the guys that take care of the building are okay.
Cons:
pest management is v low quality, and the owner owns businesses under several different names, does not care about cleanliness, you’re paying way too much money for a shoddy apartment even in new york.
