Good building, ok management
Pros
Location, neighborhood, apartment layouts, outdoor spaces.
Cons
Maintenance was often slow and ineffective. We had issues with the building door, apartment appliances, and mice, and management was not very responsive and did not fix the issues properly. Also, the rent increased by a lot each year (near 5%). Overall management felt a bit cheap.
Advice to the owners
Take care of this place please, it's a good building just needs regular attention.

Annoying, sleazy management undermines nice spot

Cons
Management was cheap and did everything at the absolute bare minimum after weeks or months of begging. Jacked up the rent 10% each year I lived there. Only returned deposit after threat of litigation
