Only 3 floors, the owner lives on second floor (she is responsive, brings in all packages from outside, very sweet) very spacious, TONS of natural light, close to trains and shopping, restaurants & bars
It sometimes gets loud on weekends and summer nights from neighboring buildings. windows and walks are thin so you also get a draft
