Not worth the price

Pros

Area is nice and quiet, no pests, kid friendly, able to paint and decorate as we want, access to small backyard area,

Cons

High rent for small apartment. Landlord does not fix anything unless it breaks and even then it’s only temporary fixes so things break every few months unless we fix it ourselves
