Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Average small building with a few issues

Pros

You couldn’t ask for a more responsive landlord. Always got back to me quickly and did their best to make my tenant experience better. The building is only 6 units so it has a nice small feeling and is pretty quiet.

Cons

There was some issues with the steam pipes but they are fixed now.

Decent Apt but some issues

Pros

Good location, you don’t even have to cross the street to get to the subway. Spacious, washer/ dryer in unit.

Cons

Loud due to bar downstairs, our ceiling had a leak that took a few weeks to get fixed- rain water came in.
