Recent tenant reviews of properties managed by Lee Rosen indicate a mixed experience regarding building management. While many residents commend the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good pest control, concerns frequently arise around management responsiveness and noise levels. Overall, while many tenants appreciate the amenities and location, there are consistent calls for improved communication and responsiveness from management to enhance resident satisfaction.

Really Great Experience Here

Pros

friendly doormen friendly porters gym in building rooftop access accessibility to subways/train stations/busses great spacious units able to flex apartments

Cons

heat in winter can be too high sometimes - no ability to change heat inside apartment

Fine overall but could be improved

Pros

Everybody who works in the building is pretty nice. I've been lucky to not have had any issues, so in the last two and a half years I've lived there.

Cons

They've been repairing the elevators for the past 9 months, and sometimes it takes 5 minutes when an elevator shows up. It's super annoying! Also, the super is a really mean piece of shit, and it sucks, honestly! Plus, even though this is a doorman building, the doormen don't have spare keys, and they charge $100 if you get locked out of your apartment. Which I think, for the prices we're paying for rent, is pretty fucking insane. They also don’t have any lounge or common area which is annoying. They also claim roof access but it’s not a usable rooftop and the alarm sounds if you ever try to go up. For the prices barely any amenities - the gym is there but smells musty and moldy the whole time

Advice to the owners

Dormant should have spare keys. To have to pay for a lockout in a doorman building is ridiculous, and to charge $100 is just a cash grab for no reason, especially when the super is super mean about it.
