Pros

Very nice neighbors and safe building, generally clean, and they respond quickly to issues

Cons

Lots of stairs, the laundry machines often broken, some bugs since there is outdoor space and lots of windows, to be expected.

Advice to the owners

Fix the laundry! And maybe find a solution to the package situation...

Decent but overpriced place to live

Pros

Overall clean, working appliances, good water pressure

Cons

Laundry always broke, window wouldn't completely close so it was cold in the winter, loud neighbors, tiny window in living room so very little natural light, hot water runs out
