Landlord very overbearing. Not understanding at all. Apartment had a mouse problem which the owner blamed on neighbors and previous tenants. Exterminator came weeks after we complained. Informed us that mice had nested in the oven for at least two years before we moved in. Any complaint we had was blamed on us or other tenants before she dealt with it. Requires tenants to buy supplies and clean shared hallways. Bad smell comes from basement apartment partially used by owner. Cigarette smoke comes up from downstairs apartment. Our apartment was not well kept when we arrived. But we cleaned deeply upon leaving and were blamed/charged for normal wear and tear. This owner cares more about her own convenience than tenants. Payments would not be processed by her bank and she would have us pay again until she received. Besides cigarette smoke coming up from heating system/vents, putrid smells would frequently pop up and were blamed on us or other tenants
