Washer dryer. Parking. Good size.

Cons

Floods during most rain storms. Any sustained rain of more than 20 mins causes water to flow into the apartment from the foundation. Owner is not responsive. Several leaks and left unrepaired even with mold present. Increase in pests (rats and roaches) due to construction all over that block. Utilities for this duplex jumped up over the last several years. Average bill for 2025 was 500 a month.
