Great place to live

Pros

I love it

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind

Former tenant·2 days ago

Solid unit for price

Pros

- location close to many subways - lots of natural light - handymen usually pretty responsive for quick fixes - doormen excellent

Cons

- building management hard to deal with when needing long-term assistance (ie: had a leak in the apartment from unit above, mgmt was unresponsive and wouldn't provide financial compensation until lawyers were involved) - constant construction in/around the building - laundry machines constantly broken
