Really the best location in the city. Moved here from 22-26 and there is so much liveliness around the area. Really safe area. Close to public transit

Good Location and Management

Pros

Decent management overall, who was always responsive to our needs. For the location, it's a great deal. I would recommend overall.

Cons

Sometimes I could hear rats running in the walls, especially in winter! They would also hang out all around the trash area. It's a problem in the area, but extermination could be handled better to plug up any access points into the apartments.
