If You Like Cockroaches and Bed Bugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is close to Grand Central and is a good size for a studio.
Cons:
HUGE PEST PROBLEM. One of the tenets has a very dirty apartment so the pests are constant. They go away for a little but are back soon after.
Advice to owner:
Force the tenet with the dirty apartment to clean.

Dirtiest, infested, not maintained worst place to live. absolute filth
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked nothing about this building, just the location of the building is great, because it is central. Right by grand central and Chrysler building. The street is filthy and the building is filled with mice and rats, at least 100-200. Stayed there 4 years and it only got worse.
Cons:
There are mice and roaches in every apt, no matter how much you clean it, the management doesn’t fix any problems, whether you pay rent or don’t, your walls and bathroom will come looking rusty from the very beginning and they will never be fixed. The company and management is unresponsive. I moved out due to this reason. You are living in position when you live here. It is a walk up, mails are stolen, people are constantly yelling, the stairs are dirty and old, you cannot even call people to an apt like this it is embarrassing. The kitchen is filled with roaches and there is no space. Highly unhygienic.
Advice to owner:
Please start helping your tenants, the rent is exorbitantly high for the dirt of the building, please get it cleaned before you rent it out and also do not con people by over charging the’
