Someone frequently uses an excessively loud sound system, and the bass vibrates through the floors and walls. There are also ongoing issues with the heat and water, including problems with temperature control, pressure, dirtiness, and leaks from other floors. Radiator leaks are a persistent issue, causing damage to the flooring, which is now rotting in some areas. This raises concerns about potential mold growth between the floors. Normal amount of pests throughout the building, mostly roaches.
