-Terrible communication w/ landlord/super -Depending on neighbors, their cigarette smoke travels up the building and it stinks up the whole building

Good location away from L train (Wilson Ave), high ceiling

Cons

Water damages on ceiling, thin walls… can always tell if neighbors smoked cigarettes or weee. Ceilings are high but if you don’t have a ladder, you will never be able to switch out the batteries from smoke detector
