Great building, not the best building management

Pros

The building itself is fine, it’s reasonably clean and quiet

Cons

The entire place is cheaply renovated so at the end of my 2 year stay the sink was falling apart

Advice to the owners

Literally just respond to messages and get things done as promptly as possible
