House is cool, management meh

Pros:
Great bodega around the corner, still my favorite one in NYC. House has great appliances -!
Cons:
Fake walls. No AC. The neighbor who DJs and plays loud music when he’s drunk at night

Pros:
Very antique styled building. Has a great look and feel of old school nyc brownstones
Cons:
Could receive some structural renovation I.e staircase and doors. Garbage and snow removal. 1st floor bathroom needs renovation - fragile tub and shower head is terrible, water pressure is lacking.
Advice to owner:
Consider investing into the building to improve antiquated/aging components of the house. Staircases, bathroom, doors.
