Reviews

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Terrible management. No heat for the past 4 days

Pros

Nicely renovated and no pests

Cons

No heat for the past 4 days. Management company (mcnam aka greenbook) is not responsive.

Advice to the owners

Fix the heat and call people back when they leave an urgent message

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

New management not responsive to original tenants.

Pros

Convenient, large sunny rooms, good neighbors before most got kicked out.

Cons

Bldg was sold over a year ago. Since then, owners got rid of all the non-rent stabilized tenants. Since then, they have not been taking care of the needs of tenants. They closed the laundry room, got rid of the monthly exterminator, have not responded to requests for repairs and basic maintenance issues. One tenant took them to court.

Advice to the owners

Fix necessary problems and respond to your tenants.
