Pros

The neighbors are kind.

Cons

They are terrible! Ownership seems in over their heads. They don’t have the money to maintain the building, and are verbally abusive. Nothing gets fixed until the city gets involved. Mold, pests, heat problems…

Great location, 2 minutes from subway and nice restaurants and QEDAstoria.

Cons

Landlord replaced broken fridge with a filthy used fridge that had clearly been stored in a dirty basement and was covered in insect matter.
