The last one company in NYC

Pros

Is nothing to say in Pros

Cons

Is not heat in this building at all. They don’t care, they never will fix your issues, the Joe is the most cocky person in the world, doesn’t matter who are you. They don’t care.

Advice to the owners

Leave the business. You are the last one.

Apartment has issues. Also terrible management.

Pros

- It is not terrible

Cons

- You can never get in touch with the management. - If something needs to be repaired, good luck because they never respond. - No heat. They put the heat on literally for 30 seconds and turn it off immediately. - The building is barely cleaned. You see food scraps on the stairs/ hallway pretty often. - Roach and mice. Management barely cares. - Raises rent by 10% at least every year.

Advice to the owners

Be responsive at least.
