I had a terrible experience living here. The building and adjacent buildings are owned by a “Saudi Arabian Prince” and managed by their lawyer. The buildings are in absolute disarray. The super is unhelpful and says to just reach out to Roger the lawyer. Roger never responds to emails texts or anything.  I spent many cold days without heat. I believe there is mold inside, because I was sick every few weeks. I was promised a buzzer and it took two years to get. There were countless issues with management and maintenance. The management was unhelpful at best. I found them to be extremely dishonest bullies. They ended up keeping my security deposit because they did not keep good track of the payments. All in all, I’ve had an awful experience here, and I would tell anyone looking at living here to RECONSIDER.
Advice to the owners
Try to be better people and take care of your tenants.
