Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice amount of space and rooftop access. Backyard area available for some tenants.
Cons:
One of the neighbors on the first floor used the basement as a party/concert area most weekend nights. Cockroaches were found in the basement and kitchen regularly. Basement bathroom was leaking and after asking the super to come multiple times, he just painted over it. Heat was only available in half of the basement.
Advice to owner:
Get a better super who will actually fix things. Treat the cockroach problem. Fix the heater vents in the basement.
