Great place for the summer
Pros
Really great 24/7 security, I never felt unsafe in the building! This building was in a super great location to grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and beauty salons.
Cons
May not get a lot of natural lighting if your window faces the inside of the building, and security can be a bit much when bringing more than 2 guests into the place, but it is very understandable why.

Loved This Place
Pros
Heating was consistent. Great summer sublet. Lots of homeless people outside on 23rd st though b/w 2nd and 3rd ave.
Cons
One of the windows did not fully close so I could hear commotion from the street.
Advice to the owners
Fix the window bruh
