Horrible building experience
Pros
The size of the apartment was decent There are two entrances/exits
Cons
Broken intercom Broken door to enter building Infested with rodents & roaches (building wide) Brown water Low water pressure Unresponsive management/landlord Leaking ceiling in bathroom Broken doors in apartment
Advice to the owners
Fix the plumbing issue (starting from the top floor all the way down) Get rid of pests with a consistent pest control system Fix all broken things in the apartments & replace what needs to be replaced Be more responsive to your tenants rather than just cashing their rent checks

No hot water, constant unresolved maintenance issues, roaches, overflowing trash out front, trying to steal our security deposit

Sell the building to someone who knows how to run an apartment building
